About the EUDR date

30 December 2026 applies to micro and small operators already covered by the EU Timber Regulation. Other micro and small operators generally have until 30 June 2027. Your product and operator status matter. EU Commission guidance ↗

01 Who it’s for

Small importers.
Direct supplier relationships.

For micro and small EU companies that import wooden furniture directly from Indonesia, Vietnam or India. You place the furniture on the EU market yourself and need a clearer picture of the data your suppliers can provide.

02 What we do

  • Check what your supplier can produce.

Review available EUDR evidence: legality, species, supply chain, plot geolocation and harvest dates, and identify what’s missing.

  • Chase and organise the documents.

Follow up with suppliers and organise their documents in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Prepare your statement data pack.

Bring the available supplier data together for each due diligence statement.

We compile and organise supplier documents. You remain responsible for assessing risk and submitting your statement. We don’t provide legal advice.

04 About Darnoco

Matt Mazur

Sydney, Australia

Darnoco was founded by Matt Mazur, who works in vendor distribution in Sydney.

While looking at how the EU Deforestation Regulation affects small businesses, we saw a practical gap: small furniture importers covered by the existing timber rules face the 30 December 2026 date, six months before other small companies, and need help obtaining harvest-plot data from their suppliers. We help them get it, one supplier at a time.
